We are sorry things did not work out for you, but here is the good news: we accept returns within thirty (30) days upon receiving the merchandise for most items except final sales and accessories.

No return will be accepted in items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.  Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Final Sales items cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

Returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Start your return by sending us your name, invoice number, item number and size of item(s) you want to return. Sent to: Urb. Los Angeles Calle Celestial 2268 Carolina PR 00979.
  2. Indicate the reason for your return.
  3. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your own cost.
  4. Once the package is received and verified, online store credit will be processed immediately. Please allow 1-2 days for it to be available online. Store credit can only be used online.

How do I process and International return?

Please follow the same instructions for regular returns. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges and return shipping is covered by the customer.
